Managing Director
Erik Olson, Managing Director of Convenntus and a Principal of Venn Strategies, LLC, served for 14 years as a top aide to Representative Ron Kind (D-WI), a senior member of the House Ways and Means Committee. Olson has amassed nearly two decades of experience facilitating successful engagements and advocacy relationships for a wide array of trade associations, coalitions, business associations and individual companies with Congress and the Executive Branch.

Diandra Brennan
Client Relations Specialist
Diandra Brennan is the Client Relations Specialist at Convenntus and serves as an Assistant Vice President at Venn Strategies. Diandra has been at Venn Strategies and Convenntus for more than five years. She previously spent time on the Hill in the office of Rep. Frank Pallone (D-NJ) and has since gained a greater understanding of how to best organize events and work to achieve client goals.

Jakara Eason
Program Director
Jakara Eason is a Program Director at Convenntus and is a Senior Events Manager for Venn Strategies. Prior to working at Convenntus, she spent over 4 years on the Special Events team at Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP. During this time, she helped plan and produce over 100 events annually: including webinars, galas, retreats and conferences. Jakara is experienced in planning and coordinating with vendors and stakeholders to exceed clients’ expectations.

Niaz Siasi
Program Director
Niaz Siasi is a Program Director at Convenntus and is a Senior Events Manager for Venn Strategies. Niaz previously worked at a nonprofit, the Hearing Loss Association of America, as the event planner organizing the nation’s largest communication accessible event for people with hearing loss. She has worked on large scale events and more intimate gatherings to help advocates and individuals educate the public about the need for improving communication access in all settings. Niaz is proficient in assessing needs and implementing solutions that exceed standards in event coordination. |
