When you work with Convenntus, you'll get state of the art logistics that will make everything easier, from registering participants to organizing effective follow-up once the meetings are completed.  Your members will be able to use their smart phones to register for the DC fly-in, access updated schedules and meeting materials, and provide you with immediate feedback on their meetings and any follow-up action items.

As the client, you'll have immediate access to updated lists of who's registered, the meetings that have been requested on their behalf and those that have been confirmed, and feedback once the meetings are completed.  If you need to communicate with a particular member, you can pull up their updated contact information and schedule using your smart phone or tablet.  And throughout the process, you'll be able to track key data on the number of attendees, where they are from, and how many meetings are locked in.  If there's a gap in your advocacy, you'll know before the fly-in takes place, not after.
